How do I know if my condition can be helped with Rehabilitation Services?
Consult with your healthcare provider, who will provide a written order for Rehabilitative Services, if appropriate. |
What insurances are accepted?
We accept most major private insurance plans, workers' compensation and Medicare and Medicaid. |
Do I need a referral?
Yes. Referrals are required and can be obtained from your physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner. |
Whom do I contact for a tour of a specific facility?
Any one of our five locations will assist you with your request. |
Does the Rehabilitation Services Department have a Medical Director?
Yes,  Gregory Zuercher, D.O. is the medical director. He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. |
