NICHE is Nurses Improving Care for Health System Elders, a national geriatric nursing program started in 1992 with 197 active sites in 38 states, Canada, and the Netherlands.
NICHE stimulates and supports nursing practice programs and protocols to promote sensitive, exemplary care for all patients age 65 and older.
