The Circle of Life Program
The Circle of Life Program provides compassion, understanding and expertise in managing symptoms for patients. We believe in a holistic approach which simply means encompassing and treating the entire person and providing support to their family and loved ones. We offer expertise to treat advance illness with a specialized team to help relieve physical, spiritual and emotional suffering, while helping patients to live life to the fullest. We promise to listen, guide and to be fully present throughout your treatment.
Offering Hope and Healing
If you or someone you know has a serious illness, St. Joseph Hospital offers a program with a team approach specializing in
reducing physical symptoms, pain and discomfort, providing emotional support, reducing fears, finding hope and peace with
spiritual guidance. The plan is to enhance the quality of your life without having to give up curative treatment. We offer
guidance in making decisions at every crossroad of the illness.
Our dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Team consists of a Medical Director, Board Certified in Palliative Care;
Social Worker/Bereavement Specialist; Case Manager; Chaplains; Nurse Navigator; and Volunteers,
all who provide the very best care possible.
