At St. Joseph Hospital, we know that parenthood can be a daunting task, and we want to help you feel as prepared as possible. That’s why we have a variety of classes, consultations and support services to help ease those concerns and allow you to care for your newborn with confidence.
Tours
Take a tour of our private Baby-Friendly™ birthing and postpartum patient rooms. You’ll be given the chance to ask our Maternal Child Health staff any questions you may have and meet other expecting parents. Birthing partners are welcome and encouraged to join you for this tour.
Understanding Birth and Your Newborn E-class
We offer convenient and personalized eClasses to make sure you and your birthing partner are prepared for what comes before, during and after childbirth.
Education and Support In-Person
Once you have completed the e-class portion, you can attend an in-person class reviewing and answering any questions about birth and caring for your newborn. Call (603) 884-3481 to enroll.
