Step Up for Cancer Care: Registration Open for 5th Annual Ribbon Run|Walk 5K

Community invited to run, walk and rally together Sept. 13 at Mine Falls Park to support local cancer care

NASHUA, N.H. – Lace up your sneakers, grab your family and friends, and Step Up for Cancer Care at St. Joseph Hospital’s 5th Annual Ribbon Run|Walk 5K on Sunday, Sept. 13, at Mine Falls Park in Nashua.

The annual event brings together patients, cancer survivors, families, friends, healthcare workers and community members for a morning of fun and fitness with an important purpose: raising funds to support the St. Joseph Hospital Cancer Center and the patients and families it serves.

“Cancer touches nearly every family in some way, and the Ribbon Run|Walk is an opportunity for our entire community to come together and show its support for those facing a cancer diagnosis,” said John A. Jurczyk, President of St. Joseph Hospital. “Whether you run, walk, volunteer or simply cheer someone on, every person who participates helps make a difference for our patients and families.”

The 5K follows the scenic trails of Mine Falls Park and is open to participants of all ages and abilities. Runners, walkers, families, colleagues, teams and four-legged friends are all welcome.
