Our Locations

The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Resource Center is located within the Parish Nurse Center for Wellness, which is located directly next to St. Joseph Hospital Laboratory Services/Physical Therapy location. Our mission is to provide support to patients recently diagnosed, family members of those recently diagnosed, and caregivers. Through support groups, educational offerings, respite programs, and individual meetings, we strive to be the caring presence that is much needed during this time.
