St. Joseph Hospital offers medical insurance to employees including an HMO, PPO, and HDHP plan. There are $0 co-pays and deductibles for employees when a St. Joseph Hospital Physician is used. We also offer high and low options for prescription, dental, and vision coverages.

We provide earned time, also known as paid time off, to employees who are scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week. The accrual amount is based on scheduled hours, years of service, and job class. Earned time is used for payment of all non-worked hours, including holidays.
