Covenant Senior Vice President and President of St. Joseph Hospital
John brings a strong background in not-for-profit and faith-based health care to St. Joseph Hospital. Prior to joining the hospital, Mr. Jurczyk served as president of Good Samaritan Medical Center, a Steward Family Hospital in Brockton, Massachusetts, and has dedicated more than half of his career to Catholic health care. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Bryant University. He completed his residency in Pharmacy Practice at Rhode Island Hospital. Mr. Jurczyk is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Professional Director certification by the American College of Corporate Directors.

Deb Joined St. Joseph Hospital in 2020 and is responsible for developing strategies to meet fundraising goals and create sustainable revenue for the hospital.
Deb has extensive experience in complex giving, capital campaigns, and communications, leading fundraising efforts at Simmons University, United Way, Gateways Community Services, and the Boston Conservatory.
A Greater Nashua resident for over twenty years, Deb has remained an active community member and currently serves on the Board at the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband Michael enjoy their free time with their three amazing daughters.
