We warmly invite you to join us for the 29th Annual Ornament Memorial Service, a special evening of remembrance and reflection for families and individuals who have experienced the loss of a baby. This beautiful and meaningful event provides an opportunity to honor the memory of your baby or babies by bringing an ornament to place on our Christmas tree, symbolizing the love and connection that endures.
The memorial service will take place on Tuesday, December 10th, beginning at 6:30pm, in the Atrium of St. Joseph Hospital. During the ceremony, attendees will have a chance to share in a moment of collective remembrance, find comfort in community, and experience a sense of peace through the act of placing a personalized ornament on the tree.
If you are unable to attend but would still like to participate, you are welcome to hang an ornament at your convenience. The tree will be displayed in the St. Joseph Hospital Chapel and remain there through New Year’s, offering a space of quiet reflection and tribute throughout the holiday season.
We welcome anyone in the community who has been affected by the loss of a baby, whether recently or in years past, to attend this special event. It is a time for healing, remembrance, and honoring the lives that continue to hold a special place in our hearts.
Please RSVP by Friday, November 22nd, to Kristine Howard, Manager of Outpatient Care Coordination, by phone at (603) 884-3250 or via email at khoward@sjhnh.org. We hope this evening will bring comfort and connection during the holiday season.
