“My experience with physical therapy at St. Joe’s in Milford was wonderful! My therapist, Alison, was exceptional. I went to learn how to strengthen my feet (one very deformed) and my core, in order to prevent falls. My husband and I are in our 70’s and this was pretty much our last resort, in order to continue to stay in our two-story home. Several of the exercises also involved the shoulders, and because mine are both in poor condition, she found ways to do things without using my shoulders. Stairs have been a big problem and I am better now. I also could not get up from a chair or in and out of a car without help. Now I do both every single day.
