Getting Started
To begin receiving care at the St. Joseph Hospital Wound Care Clinic, we recommend obtaining a referral from a primary care provider or specialist. Referrals can be faxed to St. Joseph Hospital Appointment Central, at (603) 578-5058.
Please note that we do not offer appointments for dressing changes alone. Each appointment must address a skilled nursing need. We are dedicated to teaching patients, their families, and caregivers how to perform necessary care at home.
