Healthy Cooking for Two
On Friday, October 20th, 2023, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, the St. Joseph Hospital Senior Resource Center will be holding a live cooking demonstration hosted by Chef Bailey Bocci from Bridges by EPOCH. Bailey will be sharing her professional insights on healthy eating, including tips and tricks that you can use in your day-to-day life.
