They weren’t hidden behind a computer screen, they sat down and had a conversation with me. During the last month of my pregnancy, my father in law became very ill, and I was nervous my partner would have not been able to make it to the birth. Theresa gave me her personal phone number and offered to be my support person in case he did not make it. Luckily, he made it, and she was actually the one to deliver my baby.
