Dr. Signalov is clearly an expert in Endocrinology. He answered all my questions thoroughly and has a clear plan going forward for me. I appreciate that he does the ultrasound himself, no need to make a separate appointment with an US tech. He also doesn't make you feel rushed. I have followed Dr. Signalov from the prior practice he worked at. He makes you feel heard and listens to your symptoms. Very friendly and informative. Explains things in a way that you understand. When he sees something off with your test results he contacts you next day with solutions and when to get tested again. I started seeing Dr Signalov a few years back for a thyroid nodule. Every time I have seen him or received a phone call from him it is like I am talking to a concerned family member! He is FANTASTIC! I’ve had type 1 for over two decades and have always seen a specialist. I was driving two hours each way to Boston until I met Dr. Signalov. He has the insight and understanding needed to support his patience and help them continue to manage their diabetes well. I’m so grateful to have his guidance when I started a closed-loop pump/sensor system. He has a comprehensive understanding of the disease itself and the technology available.
