The ABCs of Diabetes

Join us for The ABCs of Diabetes, a free community event presented by Katie Whitmore, Clinical Dietitian Intern, and Andrew Barton, PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM, CDCES, on Thursday, November 14th, at the YMCA of Greater Nashua, from 11:00am to 1:30pm.

Whether you’re living with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or simply want to learn more about managing blood sugar through healthy habits, this event is for you! Open to the public – and no YMCA membership is required to attend.

Hosted by the St. Joseph Hospital Mobile Health Clinic and the YMCA of Greater Nashua, this session will focus on nutrition and physical activity, essential components in diabetes care. Participants will leave with valuable resources, including a free blood glucose meter, a nutrition handbook, and other educational materials.
