The self-management of diabetes begins with a solid foundation of knowledge. At St. Joseph Hospital, we are committed to providing our patients with all of the resources they need to successfully manage their diabetes.
Each month, St. Joseph Hospital offers a two-part series of patient education classes that cover essential aspects of diabetes care and management. The purpose of the two-part series is to provide a comprehensive educational experience for patients managing diabetes, as well as provide the opportunity to build upon the knowledge they gained in the first class. All classes are held at St. Joseph Hospital in the Carl Amelio Room.
Please fill out the form below prior to attending one of our diabetes education classes. Patients diagnosed with diabetes, who have a St. Joseph Hospital primary care provider, can register for an upcoming class on diabetes education. These classes are free, but require pre-registration.
Not a St. Joseph Hospital patient? We have also partnered with organizations around Greater Nashua to bring awareness and education to diabetes. The following upcoming classes are free and are open to anyone to attend. Some may require pre-registration.
