Norman Stone III, MD
Dr. Stone has been with the Orthopedic Hospitalist service since 2023 after a career with the United States Air Force for over 20 years. Dr. Stone obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2007 and completed his Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn NY in 2012. While on active duty, Dr. Stone provided orthopedic services to our military service members and retired veterans. He has covered acute orthopedic surgery services at American College of Surgeons level 2 and 3 trauma centers since 2013. Dr. Stone is a Fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a member in the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons, a Diplomat in the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, a member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association.
