I love all of the midwives, doctors, nurses and staff. Everyone is very attentive to your needs and requests. Lovely personalities as well as knowledge. I have had 2 of my 3 children with them. I have one on the way and am delighted to be sharing this experience with them again.

Sarah is an incredible individual and Midwife! She delivered my youngest in 2021 and I just had my annual visit with her yesterday. Sarah provides genuine care; taking into account the full picture of you, as a person not just a patient she cares for. Sarah makes you feel safe, heard and supported. Having that level of consideration is invaluable as an expectant Mother as well as a woman seeking OB services. I cannot recommend her enough!

I adore Sarah and am so happy she was part of my pregnancy and newborn journey. Although she didn't deliver our baby girl, Sarah was the midwife on the floor when I unexpectedly had to be induced early and she was there when we were discharged days later. She is a wealth of knowledge and always available for support both medically and personally. Her postpartum support group was a lifesaver. I met some wonderful mom friends there, learned a ton, and laughed and cried with others in the new postpartum haze. We still have a group chat with Sarah where we will post updates of our kiddos (now 6+ months) and ask questions as we continue to navigate being new moms. Our lactation consultant (also wonderful) unbeknownst to us, is friends with Sarah. Finding a group of strong, supportive women as a new momma is key and Sarah was instrumental to my "tribe".

Sarah and the midwives were incredible throughout my pregnancy! They were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I always felt like I had someone in my corner, especially with the mom and baby support group. It was so great meeting other moms going through the same things and forming friendships with them!

In the New Mom Support Group, Sara, creates a safe space where moms like me found priceless advice and community that totally changed how I see motherhood. Sara's insights weren't just about practical stuff, they were about being kind to ourselves, and learning to trust ourselves. It felt like a judgment-free zone where we could share our highs and lows, and Sara always had just the right words for each of us. Being part of Sara's group was a game-changer, giving me the confidence and resilience to handle motherhood's ups and downs with more grace and joy. If you're a new mom looking for support and a fresh perspective, Sara's group is where it's at.

Aug-2022

Sarah just recently delivered our daughter at St Joseph's Hospital. Let me start by saying if you want a positive and empowering experience, pick a midwife!! I was originally assigned to the doctors at St Jos. The day of my delivery I was 41 weeks pregnant and experiencing contractions. My body was telling me "soon"! Due to a negative experience with one of the doctors I was determined to wait till the last minute to be sure we were in active labor. My husband called the hospital and asked for the on call doctor. He got the same individual who had been rude to me previously. This specific doctor again acted like we were a huge bother. I called St Jos again. I asked if I could switch to midwives and if there was anyone there on call to deliver a baby-if not I was going to opt to give birth in my own tub at home. I told the operator if anyone was going to deliver my first baby it was going to be someone who really cared not just about moms, but really cared about the new babies. She told me she sent a message to Sarah Bay and I'd get a call. I got a call less than two minutes later Sarah was extremely professional, informative and confirmed that if we needed to deliver she would be our provider. Sarah made myself, my husband and my mother feel positive instead of distraught. Because of Sarah we did not need to be induced and our beautiful daughter was delivered without a problem. Sarah-thank you so much for giving me back the excitement and enjoyment I thought was lost surrounding such a special day. So glad to have met you and so blessed my daughter was delivered by someone who not only cares, but empowers! I would also recommend Sarah for anyone else seeking care!
